In addition to IVR (Interactive Voice Response) work, Katie has done radio spots as well as voiceover work for corporate trainings and presentations, the most notable of which was an in-depth project for Walt Disney World Resorts. With the growing popularity of audio books, Katie made the natural transition to book narrator.
She is currently narrating a series of children’s books and has this to say about the experience: “What I love about my job is that it is always changing…each script or copy requires a fresh interpretation so this never gets old. Narrating the children’s series is especially rewarding because it allows me to get creative and I really get caught up in the story!”Katie has over 10 years of management experience and has a degree in Communications from the University of Utah. When not at her microphone, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and competing in triathlons.
